About Us:

We are the Bell family, located in the North Admiral area of West Seattle, and we're excited to be setting up a nanny share for our son who was born in late June. We've already secured an amazing nanny, Opal (they/them), and are looking for one more family with a 2-5 month old to join our share!

About Our Nanny, Opal:

Opal took care of our first child (3.5yo girl) for over a year from 2022-2023 before she began preschool and we are so excited that Opal will take care of our son. Opal is committed to providing loving, nurturing, and guiding care for children and they truly go above and beyond. Opal has over 8 years of experience as a nanny and is especially skilled at managing infant sleep schedules, introducing developmentally rich activities at every stage, supporting feeding and starting solids, and so much more. Opal is also first aid and CPR certified.

Key Benefits & Compensation Highlights:

• Hourly Pay: $20/hour per family ($40 per hour for two children)

• Stipend: $100/month per family for a health stipend

• Time Off: 2 weeks paid time off, sick leave, and 7 federal holidays

Nanny Share Schedule:

We are looking for a family who needs care on the following days and times:

• Monday - Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM

• Total Weekly Hours: 35 hours

• Location: Our house in the north Admiral area of West Seattle (cats and one dog present)

• Contract goes through July 2026 with an opportunity to extend
